What a great book, lot's of great pictures of our furry friends along with lots of reasons for why our furry friends are so much loved by us
This little book reminds us of how very precious and necessary our pets are to us. The pictures are priceless!
It's okay if you don't expect too much. I quit about half way through the book, finding no redeeming value to me. It's a short and quick read.
This wasn't a real exciting book. Thought there would be some actual stories shared from different dog owners. A little disappointed.

I was never a big dog fan growing up, but now that I have kids who have been begging for a puppy I figured it was time to do some research. I got a few recommendations and Doggie Love was one of them. This book is awesome. The author opens your eyes to different types of dogs, their activities, how to keep them happy and healthy, etc. But one of the greatest things he does is shows you how owning a dog can change YOU and YOUR life. This is a great read and I think anyone who owns a dog or is thinking of owning a dog should buy it!
This short but thoroughly enjoyable book examines the role of dogs in our lives, as well as such things as where dogs come from and how they managed to domesticate humans, obviously a work still in progress. No one who knows dogs will find anything new here, but they will find much to enjoy.
